Ayelet is the President of Animation Lab, Israel's first feature animation studio ^[1]

Prior to Animation Lab, Weinerman produced commercials for clients including; Jaguar, Mercedes, Ford, MasterCard and Diesel Clothing^[2] and she has worked as an animation producer^[3]

Ayelet established and managed the U.S. division of a public corporation, Neue Sentimental Films, one of Europe’s leading production companies. At NSF, she oversaw the creation of a business plan, contract negotiations, talent recruitment, sales and marketing.^{[citation needed]}
